During her Billboard Music Awards performance of "Cool For the Summer,Watch Flesh Clerk Who Shoves You Up And Down Online" she wore a shirt (featuring a composite of the traditional men's and women' restroom symbols) that seems to send a rhinestoned message in favor of gender neutral restrooms.
