As if this timeline can Watch A Wife Who Lost Her Chastity To A Friend Onlineget any more exhaustingly bonkers, Trump's new merchandise is a worse version of Disney's iconic Hocus Pocus poster.
The president's campaign team released a new poster on Monday morning. The texts reads "STOP THE WITCH-HUNT" superimposed over Trump, who's flying out of over Capitol building toward the viewer while holding an American flag. Three figures — who are supposed to represent Rep. Adam Schiff, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Rep. Jerry Nadler, gaze into the glowing orb that holds the oddly triangular flying Trump.
"Send a spooky message to Pelosi, Schiff & Nadler that Trump won and they should get over it!" the Trump campaign team tweeted.
But the "Stop the Witch Hunt Limited Edition Fine Art Poster" is clearly a parody and worse version of the poster from the 1993 Halloween cult classic, Hocus Pocus, in which Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy play 17th century witches bent on securing eternal youth.
So is Trump the subject of a witch hunt or is he hunting witches? We're confused by the messaging here.
Trump's "Fine Art Poster" will cost supporters $24. The design also comes in printed shirts, in case you want to wear Trump manifesting out of Washington, DC on your chest.
Disney has not publicly acknowledged the new merch, but this probably isn't what they had in mind when they announced a Hocus Pocus sequel.
