Sort of like a little R-rated superhero production called Deadpool, released in early 2016 -- a time of year when movies are usually sent to die. The first Deadpoolfinished the year in the #6 spot in the box office, earning more than $783 million worldwide.
Will Deadpool 2beat its predecessor and claim the coveted #3 spot among 2018's box office winners? Eh. Maybe. Who cares? It'll be a blast no matter what.
