You'll have access to over 55 professional instructors to find what suits your style and goals best. You also get to select three workouts per months, choosing from exercise bike, treadmill, or rower options, plus access to plenty of other step-by-step gym workouts. Again, you can do these on any bike, treadmill, or rower, not just Peloton-branded equipment.

The upgraded Peloton App+ includes everything you get from the Peloton App One but also includes access to the Strength+ App should you be looking to gain muscle or build a strength-training routine. It comes with access to exclusive classes and instead of being limited to three workouts per month, you get unlimited access.
