All units be Watch When the Camellia Blooms Onlineadvised: we got a freaking 10-80 over here: police code for a freaking cute as heck raccoon on a freaking cop car (Ed note: a 10-80 is not about raccoons).
The Colorado Springs Police Department Facebook page uploaded pictures of a raccoon hanging out on the windshield of a cruiser as an officer responded to a car crash.
Folks, hell yeah.
The raccoon reportedly leapt onto the officer's vehicle and, if the pictures are to be believed, hung out there for a while just sort of analyzing the interior of the patrol car.
The officer was enroute to "a serious injury accident" but had a few seconds to spare to take some pics of the raccoon and pull over to let it off the vehicle safely.
We hope the officer and the raccoon both got where they needed to be.
