Sometimes being an internet rascal pays off,Jin Seo especially when you're appealing to a fellow rascal like Deadpoolstar Ryan Reynolds.
Guy Inchair picked up the avengersendgame.com and avengersendgamemovie.com URLs on the day Avengers: Infinity Warhit theaters. Then, just after the first Endgametrailer arrived and revealed the movie's full title, Guy made those URLs point to Fox's Once Upon a Deadpoolwebsite.
SEE ALSO: These were the standout comedic performances in film this yearIt was half-joke, half-bid to score Endgamepremiere tickets, as Guy explicitly tweeted. Well, Reynolds caught wind of the whole affair -- the URL squatting, the Deadpool troll, all of it -- and sent his supporter a little gift on Friday.
Guy, ever the opportunist and single-minded in his focus to score those sweet Endgamepremiere tix, immediately offered Reynolds gift up in trade. He may or may not have been serious.

And lest you think this elaborate gift was the product of some weird reverse-troll, Reynolds stepped up to own his role in its existence.

Let's get real for a second: there's something to be said for never giving in to the demands of URL squatters. It's an ugly practice, even if it's ultimately on a creator or publisher to protect their brand.
That said, let's all give it up for Guy Inchair. Dude figured out the title of the final Avengers movie seven months before it was officially revealed, and he was so sure of his guess that he plopped down money on the URLs the same day Infinity Warhit theaters.
He's not over here making exorbitant cash demands or anything like that. He just wants to be his best fan self by scoring a ticket to the premiere where -- as he told The Wrap -- his hopeful wife might actually get to "meet Thor."
Hook this dude up, Disney.
