Winter is update Archivescominghere and it's about to bring a ton of snow.
In preparation for a snowy weekend, the Philadelphia Police Department is reminding residents about parking laws in the best possible way: with Game of Thrones puns.

"Jon Snow may know nothing," the department wrote, "but even he knows that the Game of Cones is about to begin anew."
"With snow expected tonight into tomorrow, parking wars will commence as people everywhere begin placing their favorite household item to save 'their' parking spot ... and saving spots is illegal."
"Winter is here -- and there is still a long time to go. Shovel and share," they finished.
When you play the Game of Cones, you win or you get a talking to by your local PD.
