LONDON -- A heartwarming message of inclusiveness8 U.S.C 2257unity has gone viral in the midst of a wave of post-Brexit racism and increased reports of hate crimes.

Signed by a Liza Wedgwood, the message originates from the website avaaz.org as part of the #PostRefLove initiative that endeavors to counteract the rise of anti-immigration sentiment in the UK following the results of the EU referendum by inviting people to "share a message of hope."
The messages can be spotted posted in various spots around London.

Wedgwood's message reads: "To immigrants and expats in the UK: Thank you for being here. You enrich us in so many ways. Please accept a warm hug and know that many, many people are united in sending you love."
