Although Kyle's powers can be inconvenient, like his laser eyes accidentally destroying a cafe, his goal is to share is abilities with normal people.
With the help of the latest tricks and gadgets, Kyle convinces them into believing they developed supernatural abilities.
The first episode of Mutant Powers has it all: laser eyes! An invisible hammer! Telekinesis! Kyle gives a stranger the ability to move objects with their mind with the help of some magic rubber gloves.
Kyle bends water, grows a flower in the palm of his hand, and gives passerby the power to change the weather. It's a perfect storm of controlling the elements.
